From the Moon, Earth looks four times wider and sixteen
times larger than the Moon does from Earth. And if you were
on the near side of the Moon, except during a “new earth,”
you would always see Earth in the sky. The Sun, however,
would appear to be the same size on the Moon as it is on
Earth.
